Job descriptionDrive international sales growth of brass components through direct channels and global distributors. Identify and develop new markets, clients, and channel partners for sustained export growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers, channel partners, and agents. Plan and execute international marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, pricing, and customer preferences. Coordinate with internal teams including production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare and manage export documentation, compliance, and negotiation of commercial terms. Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client visits abroad. Monitor sales targets, generate periodic performance reports, and propose corrective actions. Develop promotional materials and marketing content suited for international clientele.
