Techno-Functional Consultant - Salesforce / Conga Q2C Processes

Description :

Techno-Functional Consultants with experience in Salesforce or Conga Q2C processes.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on Salesforce or Conga experience with the ability to quickly cross-skill on a new platform, enabling smooth client implementations and support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leverage prior Salesforce or Conga Q2C experience to understand client requirements and align them with the new product capabilities.
• Participate in product-specific training and rapidly acquire expertise in configuration, workflows, and integrations.
• Configure and validate Q2C processes on the new platform, including quoting, pricing, orders, invoicing, and billing flows.
• Support functional testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and ensure integration with Salesforce or Conga systems works as

intended.
