Associate Software Architect (full-stack)

Capillary is looking for a seasoned full-stack Architect / Lead with expertise in javascript frameworks / libs (React.js / Angular.js / Vue.js, etc) to lead and drive the front-end architecture for scalable web applications. This role will involve designing, creating, and scaling microfrontend architectures , building reusable UI component libraries , and developing best-in-class Node.js API microservices .

As an Associate Software Architect, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, designers, and product managers, to create high-quality, efficient, and scalable front-end solutions that align with the business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and design scalable front-end systems using cutting-edge frontend technologies.
• Lead the design and implementation of Microfrontends , ensuring they are modular, scalable, and maintainable.
• Build and maintain reusable UI component libraries that can be leveraged across multiple products and platforms.
• Develop high-performance Node.js API microservices , ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.
• Create strategies for front-end performance optimization to ensure a seamless user experience across web applications.
• Collaborate with backend architects and DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment pipelines.
• Define and establish best practices in UI / UX design , ensuring the user interface is intuitive and optimized for performance.
• Conduct code reviews , provide feedback, and mentor junior engineers to maintain high-quality code and foster team development.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks to continuously evolve the architecture.
• Work with product and design teams to align architecture and component strategy with the overall product vision.

Required Skills & Experience :

Solid knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues , responsive design , and web performance
