Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It) :

Architect and develop world class, fully responsive web applications using Next.js
Create pixel-perfect designs that work seamlessly across devices and screen sizes
Design and implement smooth page-to-page interactions, micro interactions, and flawless transitions
Work on video optimization for high-performance video streaming, compression, and fast load times across global audiences
Build highly scalable, highly performant, cutting-edge wellness solutions
If you know Express.js, you will play across the full stack and engineer holistic digital experiences
Collaborate with our elite team of AI scientists, psychologists, product visionaries, and global advisors
Be part of a movement that is actively transforming workplace mental health on a planetary scale

What You Bring :

Minimum 4 years of professional frontend experience

Mastery in Next.js — you dream in React SSR / ISR

Deep understanding of responsive design principles and cross browser compatibility

Strong expertise in page to page navigation performance, animations, lazy loading, prefetching, and micro interactions

Experience with video streaming optimization, adaptive bitrates, CDN integration, and media performance best practices

Bonus superpower : experience with Express.js for full stack development
