Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer with hands-on experience in NeoLoad to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance test strategies and scripts to ensure the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of our applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement performance test plans and strategies using NeoLoad.
• Develop test scripts and scenarios for load, stress, endurance, and spike testing.
• Conduct performance testing of web and enterprise applications, APIs, and services.
• Monitor performance test execution and analyze test results to identify bottlenecks.
• Work closely with developers, DevOps, and system engineers to isolate performance issues.
• Generate comprehensive test reports and metrics with actionable insights.
• Contribute to the improvement of performance testing frameworks and processes.
• Participate in capacity planning and tuning exercises.
