Join one of the Gold Coast’s most respected automotive groups, proudly serving the community for over 25 years. We are seeking a Technical Advisor (Semi-Productive) to blend hands-on diagnostic expertise with leadership and mentoring.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality servicing and repairs while ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
About the role :
- Ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to vehicle collection
- Troubleshoot and perform diagnostics
- Identify and report on service, repair, and warranty work
- Road test vehicles and carry out quality control checks
