Role Description :

Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and managing a team of sales representatives. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and collaborating with interdepartmental teams.

Qualifications :

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional sales skills and experience in business development or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or another related field
