About the Role
As a Product Manager at HireHQ, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product roadmap, ensuring that our platform remains at the forefront of recruitment technology. Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap Development
- Define and execute a strategic product roadmap that aligns with market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics in the contingent workforce space .
- Identify new product opportunities, emerging technologies, and automation strategies to enhance platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical product features .
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, and marketing) to drive product success from ideation to launch.
Feature Design & Innovation
Design and develop sophisticated, cutting-edge features , including AI-driven workforce analytics, supplier optimization tools, automation workflows, and seamless integrations with HRIS, ATS, and ERP systems .Lead the development of intelligent automation features , such as predictive analytics, chatbot-enabled interactions, and AI-powered talent matching .Improve user experience (UX) by creating intuitive workflows, dynamic dashboards, and real-time reporting tools .Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Stay ahead of industry trends in contingent workforce management and total talent strategies .Conduct competitive analysis of leading recruitment platforms to identify differentiators and market opportunities.Partner with clients, staffing suppliers, and Managed Services Providers (MSPs) to gather feedback and enhance product offerings.Data-Driven Product Optimization
Utilize data analytics, user engagement metrics, and customer feedback to optimize product performance and enhance feature adoption.Develop A / B testing strategies to evaluate new features and improve user experiences.Ensure the platform meets compliance, security, and workforce regulations across global markets.Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in product management , with at least 5 years in recruitment SaaS technology platforms.Proven track record of designing and launching innovative SaaS products .Deep understanding of contingent workforce management, candidate engagement, and workforce analytics .Strong knowledge of AI-driven automation, workflow optimization, and real-time analytics in workforce solutions .Experience with API integrations, HR tech ecosystems, and enterprise SaaS platforms .Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive product decisions .Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with large enterprise clients, partners and global workforce programs .Familiarity with direct sourcing strategies, gig economy trends, and AI-driven talent platforms .Experience in agile product development methodologies and roadmap execution .Why Join HireHQ?
