Senior Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with a strong background in digital marketing and a deep understanding of content strategy and management across healthcare and pharma sector. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, oversee the execution of digital campaigns, and drive content-led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and maintaining long-term relationships.

Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns with a particular focus on content creation.

Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the client’s brand and digital goals.

Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients for optimization.

Supervise junior account managers and content teams, ensuring seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Proactively identify opportunities to grow client accounts through content and digital strategies.

Key Requirements :

5-7 years of experience in digital marketing and account management, with expertise in content strategy across healthcare and pharma sector .

Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple clients and content-focused projects.

Excellent communication and client management skills.

Experience in content, social media and digital campaign management.
