Quality Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities : -

• Conduct quality inspections and audits to assess compliance with standards.
• Develop and implement quality control measures and procedures.
• Review and analyse data to identify trends and patterns related to quality.
• Collaborate with teams to address identified quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on quality metrics and performance.
• Assist in the training of team members on quality assurance processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance practices.
• Supervise the team to run the workflow smoothly (when required)
