Job descriptionDesign and develop Automotive Interior & Trim Components such as : Crash Pad, Connection Duct, Glove Box, Driver Panel, Instrument Panel, Side Covers, Cluster Fascia, Shrouds. Create 3D parametric models, surfaces, and drawings in CATIA V5 with complete GD&T. Conduct concept design, B-Side development , and incorporate manufacturing tool requirements . Ensure models meet tangency, gap , and client craftsmanship standards. Strong working knowledge of GD&T , DFMEA , DFM / DFA / DFS , DVP , and tolerance stack-up . Understanding of ECE, EEC, FMVSS, ADR regulatory standards. Basic knowledge of plastic molding , tooling direction , draft analysis , sliders / lifters. Perform part feasibility , draft checks, parting surface creation, and solid body closure. Benchmarking of vehicles for features, weight , and cost optimization . Work closely with global engineering, design, and tooling teams. Provide alternative design solutions aligned with design intent and engineering constraints. Ensure all drawings and part check sheets are completed with accuracy and compliance.

Role Overview
We are seeking highly experienced Senior Automotive Design Engineers specializing in Automotive Interior Module Design . The ideal candidate must have extensive experience working with CATIA V5, strong engineering fundamentals, and hands-on expertise in interior trims, modeling, detailing, and regulatory compliance.
Mandatory Skills
- 15–20 years of Automotive Interior Design experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in CATIA V5 .
- Deep expertise in Interior Modules & Trim components .
- Strong understanding of GD&T and DFMEA .
- Knowledge of plastic design , tooling principles , and draft analysis .
- Experience using 3DX PLM & Enovia .
