Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Leader – Technology Solutions with 20+ years of experience to lead delivery execution across AI Applications, Data Engineering, and Platform Engineering projects for global clients in Aerospace, Rail, Energy, Healthcare and Automotive industries. This leadership role demands a growth-driven, solution-oriented mindset to ensure successful execution while unlocking new business opportunities .

You will be responsible for building high-performance technical teams , ensuring agile and high-quality delivery , and achieving billability, utilization, and profitability targets across accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital engineering programs involving AI-powered applications, data platforms, and engineering analytics for end customers in Healthcare, Aerospace, Rail, Energy, and Automotive .
Build and mentor high-performing technical teams comprising Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Cloud Architects, and AI / ML Engineers.
Establish and run agile delivery models to drive execution excellence with a focus on velocity, quality, and customer outcomes .
Ensure high billability, utilization , and profitable delivery across all engagements.
Partner with account, sales, and solution teams to grow technology led revenue through solution-based delivery models.
Lead the creation of high-quality proposals, solution architectures, and value propositions that differentiate our offerings and enable new business wins .
Engage with client engineering and digital leadership teams to translate their business challenges into actionable delivery roadmaps.
Govern delivery performance across scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality KPIs .
Foster a culture of technical excellence , continuous learning, and innovation in the delivery organization.

Required Experience and Capabilities

20+ years of leadership experience in delivering digital and engineering solutions with a strong track record in AI, Data, and Cloud programs .

Proven experience in managing multi-million-dollar digital delivery portfolios with a mix of consulting, solutioning, and execution ownership.

Deep understanding of AI / ML applications, Data Engineering platforms, Cloud-native platforms , and MLOps .

Strong industry experience delivering solutions for Healthcare, Aerospace, Rail, Energy, and Automotive clients.

Expertise in building and scaling high-performance technical delivery teams .

Experience with Agile and DevOps practices for engineering and AI / ML solution delivery.

Strong focus on financial KPIs including billability, utilization, and delivery profitability .

Executive-level client engagement and stakeholder management experience.

Ability to lead solution-driven growth in existing and new accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in scaling delivery organizations in Global ER&D / Technology Services environments

Certifications in Cloud Platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) , AI / ML , or Agile / SAFe methodologies
