Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive with 6months-2 years of proven success
to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead
conversion, customer relationship management, and sales negotiation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Contacting and convincing prospective clientsto opt for the program
- Set and achieve personal and team sales goals.
- Understanding the programs and activities.
- Develop strategies to overcome challenges and meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Gather feedback from the clients and share it with the internal team
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in any related field.At least 6months-2years of experience in sales or in EdTech industry is a plus one.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset.
