Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : RPA Development : Design, develop, test, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath or Automation Anywhere. Automate complex business processes, ensuring high efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement automation solutions. .NET & C# Development : Develop custom C# code for RPA workflows as needed. Integrate .NET applications with RPA tools for seamless automation. Database Management (SQL) : Design, optimize, and manage SQL Server databases for RPA solutions. Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). API Integration : Integrate RPA solutions with RESTful APIs, handling JSON / XML data formats. Ensure secure and efficient data exchange between systems. Testing & Support : Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automations. Provide support for deployed automations, ensuring minimal downtime. Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver automation projects. Document processes, workflows, and solutions for knowledge sharing. Requirements : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience : 4-8 years of experience in RPA development (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar). 2+ years of experience with .NET framework, C# programming. Experience with SQL Server database design, development, and optimization. Experience integrating APIs (RESTful, JSON, XML). Technical Skills : Proficiency in UiPath or Automation Anywhere. Strong C# programming skills. SQL expertise with performance tuning. API integration experience. Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Desired Skills : Certification in RPA (UiPath Certified, Automation Anywhere Certified). Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of data analytics tools or machine learning integration. Experience with version control (Git, TFS). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : Automation of key business processes, reducing manual effort. Quality and reliability of RPA solutions. Timely delivery of projects.
