Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in the Recruiting module, and a strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes. This role will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment and support of Oracle Recruiting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation and configuration of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• Collaborate with HR teams to understand recruiting requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Configure job requisitions, job offers, career sites, and approval workflows in ORC
• Provide guidance on best practices for recruiting processes within Oracle HCM
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user guides
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to internal teams as needed
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
