Job description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Lead to spearhead our BFSI vertical. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in client servicing, business growth, team management, and a deep understanding of the Martech ecosystem.

Key Lead the BFSI business unit, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Drive revenue growth and meet business targets for this vertical.
  • Manage and mentor a team of account managers, campaign managers, and other specialists.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior clients, building trusted advisory relationships.
  • Oversee the delivery of Martech solutions and campaign execution with high quality and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, tech, data, creative) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging Martech tools to drive innovation.

Desired Skills & Experience :

  • 8-12 years of experience in client servicing / account management in the Martech domain.
  • Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of Martech platforms, CRM, data-driven campaigns, and analytics.
  • Experience working with banks, NBFCs, insurance or other BFSI clients is preferred.
