We are looking for an Indirect Business Leader to help us elevate and unify our distributor approach across the region. This isnt just about managing salesits about crafting a smarter, more scalable way to grow together with our partners.

This Is Where You Come In

As the Indirect Business Leader, you will guide the direction and development of Yokogawas European partner network. You will act as the bridge between our local operating companies (OpCos), channel partners, and global stakeholdersbuilding alignment, strengthening capabilities, and unlocking new opportunities.

Your impact will be both strategic and operational. From defining the indirect business strategy and partner budgets to building new sales channels and supporting local teams, your work will directly contribute to Yokogawas long-term success in the region.

What Youll Do

  • Define & lead the European Indirect (Channel partners, OEMs / Skid builders and value-added resellers) Business strategy
  • Define the OpCo-wise indirect business budget, manage the funnel & drive monthly forecasts
  • Identify & develop Skid builders / OEMs to enhance SDG-based and Hydrogen Industry business and support Yokogawa Europe as a Center of Excellence
  • Develop new sales channels through strategic partnerships with distributors, OEMs and value-added resellers
  • Work closely with OpCos and Channel partners to enhance the MRO business
  • Support joint customer visits and technical discussions
  • Map channel partner skill sets and coordinate product specialist development with support from Product Marketing (PMK)
  • Motivate and coach channel partners specialists to help achieve targets
  • Evaluate existing channel partners and recommend improvements
  • Monitor Direct vs Indirect sales ratio across OpCos to optimize SG&A
  • Ensure key account management and value selling are done by Direct Sales and product / MRO sales by partners
  • Identify OpCo gray areas to develop new channel partners by industry and customer base
  • Negotiate contracts with new indirect business partners in line with company standards
  • Establish annual business agreements with OEMs / Skid builders to optimize SG&A
  • Monitor performance, customer satisfaction and sales targets across the channel network
  • Hold monthly meetings with OpCo Indirect Business owners to address opportunities and challenges
  • Maintain active communication with channel partners to ensure satisfaction
  • Track competitor activity and uncover growth opportunities
  • Align with Internal Sales Support in SSC Romania to enhance distributor business

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in distributor or channel management within a technical or industrial setting
  • A strong understanding of instrumentation or automation solutions and how they create value for customers
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on leadership
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to connect across cultures and regions
  • Comfortable with regular travel within Europe
