Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counsellor based in Bengaluru North. The Career Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students and professionals by helping them choose the right courses, identifying suitable career paths, and providing mentorship. Additional responsibilities include conducting one-on-one consultations, addressing concerns about career growth, and maintaining a strong understanding of the IT industry and job market in the region. The role also involves collaboration with program managers and the marketing team to align career support services with the organization's goals.

Qualifications

• Career Counselling, Mentorship, and the ability to guide students toward their goals
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with individuals at different career stages
• Knowledge of the IT Industry, Current Job Market, and Emerging Tech Trends
• Organizational and Time Management Skills to handle multiple consultations and career plans
• Proficiency in Kannada and English, both spoken and written
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or related fields
• Experience in career counseling or a related field is a plus
• Adaptability and a willingness to contribute to a growing, mission-driven organization
