Job Title : Sales Executive

Location : Gurgaon / Delhi NCR

Experience Level : Mid-Level

About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our client’s growing team in the retail sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth through effective customer engagement, market research, and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and target new business opportunities across assigned territories.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Develop and deliver effective sales presentations tailored to customer needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote brand visibility.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.

2–4 years of proven sales experience in B2B or retail sectors.

Skills & Competencies :

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and foster long-term customer relationships.

Excellent presentation and client-handling skills.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Good analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
