About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations Manager with a strong passion for the corporate sector. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional media relationships, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of digital and social media channels. This role requires creativity, leadership, and the ability to drive impactful communication strategies. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement integrated communication strategies tailored to corporate clients.
- Cultivate and manage senior-level client relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide strategic PR counsel to clients, helping them establish thought leadership and competitive positioning.
- Strengthen brand visibility by showcasing company capabilities, achievements, and expertise.
- Act as the primary client contact, handling media outreach and managing any crisis or reputation issues proactively.
- Stay up to date on media, digital, and social media trends to enhance and optimize PR strategies.
- Develop new business proposals, participate in pitch presentations, and drive business growth initiatives.
- Manage budgets, team performance, and resource allocation to ensure high efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Use data-driven insights to fine-tune communication plans and suggest actionable improvements.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.4-6 years of PR experience, ideally within an agency or in-house corporate environment.Proven expertise in media relations with a track record of successfully driving press coverage and brand reputation.Experience with corporate communications, image and reputation management, and crisis communication.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.At AVIAN We. , we believe in creating a diverse and inclusive work culture where innovation, creativity, and new ideas can thrive.
