The Role :

This role leads zero-to-one launches across Sav including new wealth lines, gold, secured lending, credit builder, and Saudi expansion. You will turn unstructured ideas into live products by working directly with partners, regulators and internal teams.

Job Description :

• Lead 0 to 1 product development across new verticals including credit, secured lending, gold products, international offerings, and Saudi market launches.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from discovery, scoping, and licensing to partner alignment, build, launch, and optimisation.
• Collaborate with regulators, banks, card schemes, payment providers, and compliance stakeholders to ensure regulatory and operational readiness.
• Lead cross-functional squads across engineering, design, compliance, operations, and marketing to deliver seamless product execution.
• Produce core product documentation including BRDs, sequence flows, onboarding and KYC processes, SOPs, and risk and control frameworks.
• Drive go-to-market execution through pilot cohorts, merchant test groups, and internal launch readiness programs.
• Own and optimise key metrics including adoption, retention, revenue, AUM / GTV, and unit economics.
