About the Role :

We are seeking a experienced, dynamic and results-driven

Area Sales Manager (Commercial Leasing)

to drive revenue growth from the same industry, should generate and close the leads, and build strong relationships with prospective clients. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a hunter mentality who is in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify, qualify, and pursue the business opportunities in target audience. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets. Build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and demos. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in CRM. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas of growth.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 5 to 7 years of proven success in B2B sales, business development, or account management. Strong experience in lead generation, consultative selling, and contract negotiation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics. Industry-specific knowledge.
