We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce strategy, digital marketing, and online sales management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing customer experience. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and hands-on operational experience.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue, conversion, and growth targets.
- Manage end-to-end online sales operations across multiple platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
- Analyze website performance, sales data, and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Lead product listing, merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotions to maximize online sales.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and logistics teams to execute digital campaigns, optimize product pages, and enhance site performance.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging e-commerce technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the management of third-party marketplaces, vendor relationships, and partnerships.
- Implement effective SEO, SEM, and social media strategies to drive traffic, improve visibility, and increase conversions.
- Ensure the e-commerce platform is continuously optimized for user experience, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Manage a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance reviews.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, sales forecasts, and budgets to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Coordinate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot issues, deploy enhancements, and maintain website security.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field; MBA preferred.7–10 years of proven experience in e-commerce management, online retail, or digital commerce.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.) and online sales ecosystems.Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and CRM systems.Experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes is a plus.
