About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead, plan, and execute complex IT projects across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of expertise in IT project management and will be responsible for ensuring project success from initiation to delivery while adhering to timelines, budget, and scope.

The role demands strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of software development methodologies, and a proactive approach to risk and stakeholder management. PMP certification is a must, as it reflects your structured and disciplined approach to project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle of IT initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation schedules, budgets, and timelines to guide teams and track project progress.
• Work closely with product owners, engineering, QA, infrastructure, and external vendors to gather requirements, define scope, and set milestones.
• Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models) to drive successful execution.
• Monitor and control project deliverables, timelines, and financials. Implement project tracking tools and regularly communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, create mitigation strategies, and resolve roadblocks to maintain project velocity.
• Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels, including C-level executives.
• Champion quality assurance by working closely with testing and QA teams and ensuring user acceptance testing (UAT) is thorough and efficient.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the team through mentorship, setting clear expectations, and encouraging continuous improvement.
• Manage change control processes, scope creep, and project re-baselining as needed.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with internal governance policies, including adherence to security, regulatory, and audit standards.
