Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Engineer role located in Chembur, Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, communicating effectively with customers, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Generate new B2B leads across cold storage, food processing, dairy, seafood, and chemical sectors.
• Conduct site visits and understand client technical requirements.
• Create and present detailed proposals and quotations in collaboration with the technical team.
• Develop a strong understanding of Metalex products like Ammonia Compressors, Ice Machines, Condensers, etc.
• Coordinate with design and manufacturing teams to tailor solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Attend trade shows, industry exhibitions, and networking events.
• Maintain CRM entries and provide regular sales reporting.
