Vice President – Finance Controller

Location : Gurgaon

Budget : Up to ₹40 LPA

Industry : D2C / Foodtech Startup

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Controller to lead our financial operations at a high-growth phase, as we gear up for IPO and expand into new markets.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead FP&A, budgeting, and strategic financial modelling

Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, GST, TDS, Companies Act & SEBI norms

Oversee IPO readiness, investor reporting & audits

Drive cost efficiency, M&A support & scalable systems

Ideal Profile :

CA with 7–10 years’ experience

Background in profitable startups (D2C / FMCG / Foodtech preferred)

Strong in compliance, reporting, and fundraising

Prior IPO or investor due diligence experience is a strong plus
