Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a System Administrator located in Pune. The System Administrator will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of system hardware and software. Daily tasks will include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, managing user permissions, and ensuring security through access controls, backups, and firewalls. The role also involves coordinating with different departments to resolve system-related queries and implementing updates, patches, and configuration changes as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Installation, Configuration, and Maintenance of hardware and software systems
• Skills in System Performance Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Issue Resolution
• Proficiency in User Permission Management, Access Controls, Backups, and Firewalls
• Ability to implement System Updates, Patches, and Configuration Changes
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams to solve system-related issues
• Knowledge of network and security systems
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus
