Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and optimize embedded Wi-Fi software for real-time operating systems (RTOS).
Implement and enhance features for Wi-Fi protocol stacks in resource-constrained environments.
Debug and trace complex embedded software issues using tools such as Lauterbach / JTAG and Trace32.
Optimize embedded code for high performance and power efficiency (including low-power modes).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration, validation, and commercialization of Wi-Fi features.
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and software quality assurance activities.

Required Skills :

Excellent programming skills in C, with strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Strong foundation in Operating System fundamentals and hands-on experience with RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS).

Proficiency in working with ARM Cortex A / R / M series architectures.

Experience with Linux / Unix-based development platforms.

Hands-on experience in software debugging and trace analysis using Lauterbach / JTAG and Trace32 tools.

Proven ability in profiling and optimizing embedded software for performance and low power consumption.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality results.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities.

Familiarity with continuous integration and version control systems such as Git, Gerrit, Jenkins.

Good to Have :

Knowledge of Python for scripting and automation tasks.

Experience developing embedded protocol software in resource-constrained real-time environments.

Prior experience in Wi-Fi firmware development and product commercialization.
