• Write engaging, hook-driven scripts for Instagram Reels (30–60 seconds)
• Turn raw ideas, briefs, or voice notes into crisp, scroll-stopping scripts
• Collaborate with graphic designers , video editors, and strategists to align tone, brand voice, and goals
• Stay on top of Instagram trends, viral formats, and industry-specific content ideas
• Write with attention to pacing, storytelling, and retention to keep viewers engaged till the last second
• Pitch content angles or creative ideas based on the client’s nicheWho We’re Looking For
• Minimum 6 months of experience writing scripts for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Strong grasp of hooks, structure, and storytelling especially for the founder / coach / consultant niche
• Can turn boring topics into binge-worthy content
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
