Manager - BIM

Position Summary

The Manager will lead the MVP delivery for the Eisai JP Commercial Data Modernization initiative, ensuring timely execution across data engineering, functional analysis and stakeholder coordination. This role involves hands-on governance, leadership and proactive delivery management with Japan-facing teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery, milestone tracking and risk mitigation.
• Serve as single point of contact (SPOC) for Japan stakeholders.
• Oversee cross-functional team (engineering, QA, BA) and ensure sprint velocity.
• Conduct steering committee updates, manage scope and budgets.
• Ensure delivery aligns with strategic roadmap and business KPIs.
