Role Objective :
Own and execute performance marketing strategies across platforms like Amazon, Blink it, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc., with a laser focus on sales growth, ROAS, and SKU visibility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Run and optimize ads on Amazon, Flipkart, and Q-commerce platforms
- Maximize sales while reducing ACoS and improving ROAS
- Allocate ad budgets strategically across high-selling SKUs
- Track daily spends, sales conversions, and keyword rankings
- Collaborate with catalog, supply chain, and design teams
- Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights
What We’re Looking For :
2–4 years of experience in marketplace performance marketingStrong knowledge of Amazon SP / SB, Flipkart Product Boost, and Q-commerce adsProficient in Excel, campaign dashboards, and sales analyticsClear understanding of product ranking, keyword bidding, and targetingPrior experience in FMCG or consumer brands is a big plusKPIs You’ll Own :
