Job Description :
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Account Manager – SMB Business with strong experience in the Commercial PC segment . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing small & medium business clients, understanding their IT hardware needs, and driving consistent sales growth in the B2B space.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow the SMB customer base in the assigned territory (Mumbai region)
- Drive sales of commercial desktop, laptop, workstation, and accessories to SMB clients
- Engage with decision-makers (IT Heads, Procurement, Admin) to understand client needs
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve business targets
- Generate new leads, follow up on existing inquiries, and ensure timely closure of sales
- Collaborate with channel partners / distributors for order fulfillment and post-sales support
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasting and reporting
- Stay updated with the latest trends in commercial PC solutions and competitor offerings
Desired Candidate Profile :
