We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling global payroll processes specifically in the US region. This is a hybrid role combining both remote and office-based work offering flexibility and a dynamic working environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and process payroll for employees in the US region.
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal payroll regulations.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Utilize and maintain payroll systems such as UKG and Paylocity.
- Generate and distribute payroll reports.
- Support the implementation of new payroll systems and processes.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations in the respective regions.
Qualifications : Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.1-2 years of experience in payroll processing with a focus on US region.Proficiency in using payroll systems such as Paylocity SoftwareStrong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements in the US.Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities.Remote Work : Employment Type :
