We're looking for a Brand Experience Designer who doesn’t just make things look good, but makes them feel real . Someone who can think in stories, systems, culture, and moments, and design brand experiences people actually want to spend time with.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Design Immersive Brand Worlds :
- Translate strategy and narrative into experiences across digital, social, and spatial touchpoints
- Create Living Identity Systems :
- Build flexible visual systems that evolve with the brand — expressive, culturally attuned, and built to travel across screens, spaces, and communities.
- Shape Moments That Matter :
- Collaborate with writers, strategists, technologists, and filmmakers to craft brand expressions that feel cohesive and emotionally resonant.
- Lead Concept to Craft :
- From moodboards and brand decks to full campaign rollouts, you’ll shape the look, feel, and emotional core of our brands.
Who We are Looking For :
A design thinker and storyteller with 5+ years in branding, experience design, or creative directionYou understand that brands are built through feeling — and you know how to use design to spark that emotionYou’re platform-aware : not just what works aesthetically, but how brand stories unfold across culture, space, and timeA strong collaborator , excited to be in the room with writers, strategists, artists, filmmakers, and weirdosFoundational design excellence : Strong command of hierarchy (layout and type), color theory, and use of photography.Creativity within constraints : Able to explore design solutions within brand and system boundaries, with a curious and explorative mindset.Sharp presentation skills : Can articulate design rationale clearly, linking visual choices to customer and business value.Leadership and communication skills : Comfortable providing direction and feedback , and elevating the team’s work quality.AI literacy : Strong point of view on how AI is reshaping design. Bonus if you’ve experimented with or explored this in your work.Bonus points if your portfolio shows work in purpose-driven storytelling
