Key Responsibilities :
- MCFU Configuration : Design, configure, and maintain MCFU to support omnichannel customer engagement.
- SAP IS-U & CRM Integration : Ensure seamless interaction between MCFU, SAP IS-U, and SAP CRM
Technical for managing billing, payments, service orders, and meter data.
Customer Engagement Channels : Develop and maintain multi-channel solutions such as web portals, mobile apps, self-service kiosks, and call centers.Web & Mobile Interface Development : Work with development teams to implement SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 interfaces for customer self-service.Billing & Payments : Enable real-time data synchronization for billing, invoicing, and payments across all channels.Customer Notifications : Configure automated alerts via SMS, email, and mobile apps for services like billing, service requests, and outages.Process Optimization : Identify and drive improvements to enhance customer experience and reduce turnaround time.Master Data Management : Ensure accuracy and consistency of customer master data across all engagement platforms.Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot MCFU-related configurations and resolve integration issues.User Training & Support : Provide training and ongoing support to ensure efficient use of multi-channel solutions.Security & Compliance : Maintain customer data privacy and compliance with relevant Skills & Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.6+ years in SAP IS-U and MCFU roles.Full-cycle implementation or upgrade experience with SAP MCFU and IS-U.Expertise in SAP IS-U modules : Customer Service (CS), Billing, Device Management.Proficiency in SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, OData, and web services (SOAP / REST).Integration experience with customer portals and self-service platforms.Knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA and SAP HANA (preferred).Experience configuring customer notifications (SMS, email, app alerts).Familiarity with service order management, disconnection / reconnection processes.Strong troubleshooting / debugging skills.Understanding of data security standards (e.g., GDPR).Soft Skills :
