About the Role-
We’re looking for a Paid Ad Expert who can plan, build, and optimise high-performing campaigns across Google and Meta.
You should be comfortable taking full ownership from account setup to tracking, reporting, and improving performance.
Experience with other DSPs and fintech brands will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities-
Set up and manage ad accounts across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Run campaigns for lead generation, conversions, YouTube Demand Gen, Performance Max, Search, and Display.
Create campaign structures, audience segments, and budgets in a well-organized way.
Suggest strong ad copy angles, hooks, and variations.
Recommend improvements for landing pages and funnel flow.
Set up and track UTMs properly; S2S tracking is a plus.
Configure and integrate pixels, tags, and conversion events using GTM.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-backed optimizations.
Build weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and next steps.
Stay updated on new features, trends, and algorithm changes in Google and Meta ads.
Work closely with design and content teams to improve creatives.
Maintain clean documentation for tracking, experiments, and campaign changes.
Set up A / B tests for ads, landing pages, and audiences.
Ensure campaigns follow platform policies and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with clients or internal teams to understand goals and deliver results.
Required Skills-
Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics.
Experience with GTM implementation and troubleshooting.
Solid grasp of targeting, bidding strategies, attribution models, and campaign scaling.
Ability to analyse data and turn it into actionable insights.
Good to Have-
Experience in fintech or BFSI projects.
Exposure to additional DSPs like Taboola, DV360, or LinkedIn Ads.
Knowledge of S2S tracking setups.
Basic understanding of CRO and funnel optimisation.
