Application Manager

Role Overview

The MRI Applications Manager is responsible to ensure high-quality support, training, and workflow optimization across all customer sites. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, driving clinical excellence, and enhancing customer satisfaction through expert-level application support. The manager will also play a key role in strategic planning, team development, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals in the medical imaging domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the MRI Clinical Applications team across regions.
• Application training, workflow optimization, and clinical protocol development.
• Coordinate with service, sales, and R&D teams to ensure optimal customer experience.
• Support product demonstrations, site installations, and post-installation follow-up.
• Conduct clinical presentations, workshops, and advanced application training for key accounts.
• Monitor and resolve high-level customer concerns, ensuring timely escalation and closure.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Develop internal training programs to upgrade the skills of application specialists.
• Ensure alignment of clinical applications with company goals and customer needs.
