Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing daily back-office operations while supporting sales, finance, and client communication tasks. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, comfortable with multitasking, and capable of delivering prompt and professional support to ensure smooth internal processes and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage day-to-day back office and administrative operations -Handle internal documentation and maintain accurate records -Prepare and send quotations to clients accurately and on time -Assist the sales team with order processing and follow-ups -Support basic finance tasks such as billing, invoicing, and payment tracking -Communicate with clients for order updates, issue resolutions, and relationship building -Coordinate with internal departments for seamless workflow -Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards at all times
Qualifications
Proven experience in back office or administrative roles (experience in the interior / hardware industry is a plus) -Proficient in preparing quotations and handling client communication professionally -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Basic knowledge of sales and finance operations -Excellent organizational and time management abilities -Attention to detail and ability to multitask -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferredWhy Join Koil Hardware?
