Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with solid expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Time & Labor (T&L) modules.
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in full-cycle implementation and ongoing support, with direct client interaction primarily in the US market.
This role requires a strong functional understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, excellent consulting capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, focusing on Recruiting Cloud and Time & Labor modules.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle HCM modules in production environments.
- Collaborate closely with US-based clients to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on HCM business processes and workflows.
- Develop and customize reports using Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering insights and recommendations to optimize Oracle HCM usage.
Required Qualifications :
3 to 6 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, including 1 to 2 full end-to-end implementations.In-depth functional expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Time & Labor (T&L) modules.Strong understanding of HCM business processes and functional workflows within Oracle Cloud.Hands-on experience with configuration, troubleshooting, and support of Oracle HCM modules in live environments.Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with US-based clients.Proficiency with Oracle reporting tools, including OTBI and BI Publisher.Preferred Attributes :
