Job description

What We're Looking For

  • A results-driven individual with experience in selling IT services or digital solutions.
  • Proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities in competitive markets.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and ability to propose service or product improvements.
  • Energetic, self-motivated , and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing ongoing support, information, and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date on market activities, competitor trends , and potential product enhancements.
  • Understand and analyze customer needs to create customized solutions aligned with Exioms' service offerings.
  • Conduct market research and generate a database of potential prospects.
  • Lead generation through email campaigns, networking, cold calling , and events.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals , and requirement analysis documentation.
  • Handle negotiations, deal closure, contract signing , invoicing, and payment follow-ups .
  • Coordinate with internal teams for resource allocation and project initiation post-sale.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of Web, Mobile, and IT service delivery .
  • Familiarity with international markets (especially USA, Middle East, and Europe ).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment .
