Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Consultant, based in Bengaluru South. The Fashion Consultant will provide personalized fashion advice to customers, assist with styling choices, and promote products tailored to customers' needs and preferences. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers, maintaining product knowledge, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance their overall shopping experience.

Qualifications

Expertise in Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Proficiency in driving Sales and meeting targets

Ability to understand and cater to diverse customer preferences

Experience in retail or fashion industries is beneficial

A customer-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field is preferred
