Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Operations Finance Analyst will support the Operations Finance Lead in reporting, analysis, and decision-making related to manufacturing and operations. The role will involve budgeting, forecasting, cost and inventory analysis, and evaluation of capital investments to drive operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial reporting, performance analysis, and variance commentary for operations.
• Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts for manufacturing sites.
• Analyze cost structures, production variances, and inventory trends to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Assist in evaluating capital expenditure proposals and post-investment reviews.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across SAP and reporting systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and reporting tools.

Key Skills & Competencies

Experience : 1–3 years

Qualification : MBA (Tier I / II) in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA)
