Job Description :

ServiceNow Platform Expertise :

• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform architecture, including its modules, tables, scripts, and APIs.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, GRC, SecOps).
• Experience with ServiceNow development best practices, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideAjax), UI policies, business rules, workflows, and flow designer.
• Understanding of ServiceNow's data model and strategies for effective data management and migration.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow's upgrade process and instance cloning.
• Experience with ServiceNow Studio and Source Control Integration (e.g., Git) for development.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting Technologies :
• Extensive experience with various integration methods : REST, SOAP, JDBC, ODBC, SFTP, LDAP, SAML, OAuth.
• Hands-on experience with integration hubs (e.g., ServiceNow Integration Hub, MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Ability to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
