Job description

Room attendant's duties and responsibilities include :

• Cleaning :  Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Making beds :  Changing bed linens and making beds
• Stocking supplies :  Replenishing guest room supplies, such as toiletries and towels
• Dusting and polishing :  Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
• Vacuuming and sweeping :  Vacuuming and sweeping floors
• Reporting maintenance issues :  Reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
• Customer service :  Greeting guests and responding to their concerns or questions
• Following policies :  Following all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
