Tester

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented  Tester to join our dynamic QA team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates passionate about software quality, eager to learn and ready to start their career in software testing.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in testing web and mobile applications across different platforms.

Basic knowledge of programming / scripting languages such as Python , Java  or JavaScript .

Understand and apply software testing processes across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.

Document bugs, track them using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and work closely with developers for resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers and designers.

Working knowledge of SQL for basic database testing.

Understand and Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.

Perform functional, UI / UX, regression, smoke and sanity testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , Engineering  or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Clear understanding of SDLC and STLC .

Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Logical thinking, a curious mindset and a willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Good communication skills in English, with additional proficiency in Hindi , Malayalam  or Kannada being a plus.

Immediate Joiners are Preferred
