Location : Mumbai Full-Time

What You'll Be Doing :

Partnering with hospitality colleges and universities to recruit students for exciting international internships in USA, New Zealand, Spain, France, Albania, Mauritius , and more.

Guiding and counseling students about the wide range of opportunities Vira offers.

Building and nurturing strong relationships with educational institutions.

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment and placement process.

Managing follow-ups and maintaining accurate candidate records.

We're Looking For Someone Who :

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Is empathetic, enthusiastic, and student-focused.

Is detail-oriented, reliable, and a proactive team player.

Has experience in counseling, education, or recruitment (preferred).

Is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced, mission-driven team.
