Data Scientist - Python

Job Title : Data Scientist : Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, : 5 + Overview :

We are looking for a Data Scientist (Python) with strong experience in backend development, data science workflows, and exposure to modern AI / ML technologies. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Python, API development, data handling, and have working knowledge of NLP and LLM Responsibilities :

• Design and build scalable backend components and APIs using Python and FastAPI
• Work on data wrangling, feature engineering, and model integration workflows
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning / NLP pipelines
• Implement RESTful APIs to serve ML models and data services
• Use SQL for data extraction, transformation, and integration
• Leverage Docker for packaging and deployment
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI / CD workflows
• Integrate solutions using OpenAI, Hugging Face, and other LLM APIs (e.g., GPT, BERT)
• Work cross-functionally with data engineers, ML engineers, and business Skills :
• Strong experience in Python programming
• Experience with FastAPI or equivalent frameworks
• Solid knowledge of SQL and data modeling
• Good grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Familiar with Git, Docker, and CI / CD pipelines
• Exposure to data science workflows, model deployment, and MLOps practices
• Experience or familiarity with NLP, OpenAI libraries, and Hugging Face models
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, BERT, Qualifications :
• Experience working in agile and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP
