About the Role :

As a Senior WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of WordPress development, from conceptualization and design integration to deployment and ongoing optimization.

You will work closely with design, product, and other engineering teams to deliver exceptional web experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• WordPress Website Development : Build and customize WordPress websites from the ground up, ensuring high quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Design Integration : Seamlessly integrate design files from Figma, Sketch, or other design tools into custom WordPress themes, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and responsiveness.
• Plugin Development & Customization : Develop and customize WordPress plugins to extend core functionality and meet specific business requirements.
• Performance Optimization : Proactively identify and implement strategies to optimize website performance, including page load times, server response, and overall user experience.
• Website Security : Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect WordPress websites from vulnerabilities and threats.
• System Improvement : Continuously audit and benchmark current systems and patterns to identify opportunities for improvement, proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
• Feature Ownership : Take ownership and lead the development of newly developed features for current and next-generation platforms, from concept to deployment.
