Job Description :

1. Assist in Social Media Management :

  • Help create and schedule social media posts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, ).
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement, comments, and messages.
  • Assist in developing strategies to increase followers and engagement.

2. Content Creation and Optimization :

  • Support the creation of content for blog posts, website updates, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Assist in keyword research and optimization for SEO purposes.
  • Help with basic graphic design tasks for social media posts or website banners.

    • 3. Email Marketing Support :

  • Aid in the creation and scheduling of email marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in maintaining email lists and segmenting them for targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and provide analysis.

    • 4. Data Analysis and Reporting :

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data from various digital marketing channels.
  • Help create reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, social media engagement, and email open rates.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

    • 5. Website Management :

  • Assist in updating website content using content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Support website optimization efforts for better user experience and SEO.

    • 6. Research and Competitive Analysis :

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in digital marketing strategies.

    • 7. Collaboration and Communication :

  • Collaborate with other team members to execute digital marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors to provide updates on tasks and projects.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

    • Requirements :

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp).
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing.
