Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop customized solutions in Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other native tools.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Create and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
  • Develop integrations with third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs.
  • Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce applications.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and participate in code reviews.
  • Maintain documentation of solutions, configurations, and system customizations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and provide support as needed.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and patterns (e.g., REST, SOAP, middleware).
  • Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus).

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus (Admin, Advanced Admin, App Builder, etc.).
